Bribie Entertainment - More to do and see
Collect driftwood at Skirmish Point and Woody Bay on the southern end of the surf beach after a storm. Scour the beach for shells, seaweed or fish floats, walk along the foreshores or sit near the main boat ramps at Welsby Parade and watch the boating activity.

Wander around the marina at Spinnaker Sound to see the trawlers and luxury boats. Select a spot at the lookout in Boyd Street to see our famous sunrise over Moreton Island or beside Pumicestone Passage for the sun to set behind the superb Glasshouse Mountains.

Relax in the sun on Woorim beach and watch for dolphins and ships, for this is the main shipping channel in and out of the port in Brisbane River.

Drive to Banksia Beach to see the picturesque gardens and have a picnic on the beautiful foreshore, and for the young ones most parks have playground facilities. Four-wheel drive enthusiasts can obtain a permit from the Caboolture Shire Council or Bongaree Caravan Park to drive up the ocean beach and enjoy the rare beauty and solitude of the area.
